When Colour Speaks —
the art event of this spring!

Exhibition private viewing | 1 March at 11:00 | Gallery Morfi

In the historic centre of Limassol, the gallery will welcome you with large-scale canvases, an atmosphere of abstract expressionism, and themed refreshments.

Special guest Natalia Lapkina will deliver a lecture on Mark Rothko – the master of colour and emotions.
Lecture: "Rothko and the Colour That Speaks"
Lecturer: Dr Natalia Lapkina
An interactive lecture for children and adults about Mark Rothko – one of the most enigmatic artists of the 20th century and a key figure in abstract expressionism.
We will explore what makes Rothko’s paintings unique and learn the story of a collector who hung one of his canvases in a solitary prison cell. Most importantly, we will try to see the world through his eyes and find inspiration for our own creativity.
